The safety-focused customer service portion involves advising a customer based on the concept from the previous portion. Students must demonstrate the ability to work and communicate in a customer-oriented manner, present the concept, explain the advantages over alternative solutions, and organize security services as a team while maintaining quality control.

In the guard and security service, I made my first experiences at an international security service provider as a precinct driver and intervention force and there I walked my 20 km every day when patrolling the properties.
My tasks at that time included not only patrolling but also checking the locks, switching status of machines or alarm systems and many small administrative activities of Key book, guard book controls up to the logging of measuring instruments.
