As a student of the European Public Health program at Maastricht University, I am excited about the opportunities this program offers. As a Customer Service Agent in the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center, I was responsible for supporting customers who used the Mercedes me app, ensuring communication flow between customers and the backend, and keeping track of current technical problems. My main task was to ensure that customer inquiries were handled professionally and effectively. The focus was on communication with the customers.
I was able to use my communication skills and build positive relationships with customers.
