As a Medical Data Analyst for two years, I have had the opportunity to develop and hone my skills in data analysis, data abstraction, and data visualization. I have also gained experience in working with different types of data, including patient data, ICD-10 codes, and oncology-related data. My experience in working with different data sets has given me the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

My task used to involve analyzing data from the electronic health record system of a hospital in the United States and abstracting relevant data pertaining to the requirement such as diagnosis, pathology, radiology, comorbidities, cancer-directed drug therapy, and medical oncology assessment notes and entering them into a web-based portal called RedCap. I have been part of several cohorts such as Lung, Bladder, Prostate, and Kidney Cancer. As a data analyst dealing with patient records, I had to demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and Information privacy security and I have successfully abided by the rules without any breach of confidentiality.

Currently, I am a master's student at HAW Hamburg in the field of Public Health. As part of my curriculum, I was fortunate enough to get in-depth knowledge of public health principles, health economics, and occupational and environmental health and also create project proposals using the logical framework. I have also acquired skills in MS office such as MS Teams, MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word.

In addition to my skills and experience, I am highly motivated and hard-working. I am always eager to learn new things, and I am always willing to put in the extra effort to get the job done. I am confident that I have the skills and drive to be a valuable asset to your team.
