I studied translation and interpreting of languages in University and I got my first job offer at 18 years old. I never stopped working ever since and I combined both studying and working during several years.

However, though language learning and practicing is now my favorite hobby, since several years I started focusing my professional path in the customer excellence experience field, both front and back sides. For the passed two years I have been working as a customer experience operator for one of the biggest Global Social Media Companies nowadays, both front floor and internal team.
