Sande Fleischer

Hey there! I’m Sande Fleischer, a young woman from Augsburg, Germany, passionate about everything related to design. I kicked off my journey with a Bachelor’s in media and communication design and then took it up a notch with a Master’s in design management, both at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Munich.

My jam? I’m all about UX design and Design Strategy – basically figuring out ways to transform complex problems into user-centered designs with a beneficial influence. Nowadays, you’ll find me sharing my design knowledge as a lecturer at Macromedia University in Munich or working as an Art Director in the beautiful and new office of Serviceplan.

For me, pushing the boundaries in design-led approaches to management, human-centered design and design research, are what I live for.

Looking ahead, I’m curious about the future. I’m striving for a path in change and user research - but who knows where it’ll take me!

I’m eagerly embracing the unknown and try to carve my own way in the world of design.
