I am a software developer with a strong background in data and backend development (Python, Java, Linux, Git). I am completing my ISTQB Foundation certification and a course in Python test automation. I am a knowledge graph expert (Neo4j, OWL, RDF) with over six years of experience in semantic web technologies, knowledge modeling, and data integration. I have worked in both academic research and applied environments, developing tools and ontologies that make complex data more structured, interoperable, and usable. Currently, I am developing biomedical network analysis workflows at a hospital, leveraging Python, Pandas and REST APIs to build and optimize gene interaction graph.
I have over six years of professional experience in software development and data engineering across academic and applied environments. I build robust Python tools and Java utilities for data processing, REST API integration, and semantic data management (RDF(S)/OWL). My work includes developing user-facing assistants that suggest structure when users create RDF(S) data, tools for validating and maintaining data consistency, and pipelines for biomedical network analysis. I am comfortable with Linux and shell scripting, Git-based workflows, and automated data processing. I am currently expanding my skillset in software testing and automation (ISTQB Foundation Level exam and a Python test automation course underway), and I bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to any engineering team.
Ph.D. in Computer Science, INSA Rennes, France. My doctoral research focused on semantic web technologies and data consistency, culminating in tools and algorithms for validating and maintaining RDF(S) knowledge bases. This work strengthened my skills in software design, formal validation methods, and building reliable data-processing tools—competencies I apply to data engineering and software quality tasks.
