At DSN, a government-registered operator providing Digital TV and Internet across Nepal, I served as a Senior Officer in the Subscriber Management System (SMS) department. My role involved working with various software and server management tools from international companies like Panaccess GmbH, Novel-SuperTV, and MediaNucleus, and managing the MSO's main login access to regulate staff rights and access within the company.

Achievements:

• Attained Panaccess GmbH certification as an SMS Specialist, affirming my expertise in Subscriber Management Systems.
• Mastered operational monitoring and troubleshooting for CAS and SMS Servers, enhancing system reliability and performance.
• Spearheaded leadership for over 42 staff in SMS and Customer Service, while conducting extensive training for 150+ franchises nationwide, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing.
• Excelled in delivering tasks promptly, building trust, and managing time effectively, contributing to high-efficiency work environments.
