At DSN, a government-registered operator providing Digital TV and Internet across Nepal, I served as a Senior Officer in the Subscriber Management System (SMS) department. My role involved working with various software and server management tools from international companies like Panaccess GmbH, Novel-SuperTV, and MediaNucleus, and managing the MSO's main login access to regulate staff rights and access within the company.
