Ii am writing to you as I am interested in a position in one of your hotels.

I have previous experience with customer's care and tourists as detailed by my CV.

During this summer i have been working in a bike rental store where I have really developed my customer service skills and truth be told, I really enjoy working, managing and helping customers that i can approach in 5 different languages.

• For me it is easy to be kind and patient and genuinely be in a good mood when working. This also reflects in the staff environment, where I always try to help as much as possible and be helped when I need it, so that there is balance and always a smile in the team.
