Stefania Papadima

I’m Stefania, an Event Coordinator and Designer from Greece. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for events.

In the event planning industry, I’ve gained hands-on experience working on over 80 events of all sizes, from luxury weddings to corporate retreats.

My role has ranged from:

-working with vendors

-setting up event spaces

-helping manage logistics

-designing layouts and floor plans for event spaces

-being on-site, making sure every detail is in place

-supporting a positive experience for both clients and guests.

Furthermore, my studies in Interior Architecture have given me technical knowledge and an eye for for designing inspiring and functional spaces. In addition to my organizational skills, I bring strong soft skills that help make each event a success.
