At Culmas, we are developing a Theater Management System (TMS) to help improvisation theaters with their administrative tasks. My position has two-sides: working as a full-stack developer and a project manager. Because of my HR background, and my keen interest in process and organization, I have helped Culmas grow in its structure: setup the recruitment process, performance reviews and development cycles. But it has also been the occasion for me to explore my love for frontend development.

Our technology stack is VueJs (with Typescript, using a class-decorator mimicking AngularJS structure), with a GraphQL API. We're using Jest as our unit testing framework. While I haven't worked with ReactJS, I am confident I would feel comfortable with any tech-stack as well. I've recently started a project in Svelte to challenge myself in a new framework.

I've studied philosophy for three years, before going into Human Resources. After working in HR for 4 years, I wanted a more creative and hands-on position - and studied Multimedia Design at KEA.
