In my current role as Technical Director (CTO) of an IoT company, I have build an organization with a strong focus on quality management to ensure effective IT processes, lean IT development and reliable Operations.
My managing experience comes from different sectors such IT-consultancy, telecommunication, healthcare and more, but always with IT Operations as the main focus.
Negotiating contracts, SLA’s, budget and and schedules is a big part of my experience and something I see as a natural element of being af top manager. I have a deep financial understanding and is very experienced in both authoring and following strategies as well as budgets.
My experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication,
relationship building, motivating teams and seeking optimal collaboration to achieve successful outcomes and fulfill stakeholder expectations. My current job includes collaboration with companies around the world, universities, startups and many more organizations as a natural element.
Motivating leaders end employees has always been a key part of my job, having been able to create collaboration between partners and stakeholders from many parts of the world in various market segments.
My managing style is open-minded, empathic, embracing new ideas but still with a strong focus on results and customer/stakeholder satisfaction.
