-Act as POC between the executives and the rest of the company (internal clients & vendors)

• Calendar management ( scheduling, calendar & meeting arrangements using Outlook, Teams, Zoom) - Coordination of travel arrangements – air, ground, lodging
• Preparation of expense reports for principals/directors/senior consultants -File/record maintenance – hard copy and electronic client files – correspondence, billing, plan documents, special projects, etc. -Billing – assist and submit client billing monthly; prepare annual tracking spreadsheets
• Data entry as needed to support various departments - Corporate credit card expense reconciliation. - Translation and interpretation in English and spanish for internal clients.
