Karen Benavides

I am a hardworking person who is always willing to learn. I am tidy, and responsible, enjoy of having a clean working space and maintain respect between everyone around me.

One of my favorite hobbies is traveling and learn about new cultures to make myself a more open minded person and empathetic as well.

I learned English while in high school and watching movies, and after that I went on an interexchange as an aupair to get to know more places while improving the language.

I’ve worked as a host and as a waitress and the part that I enjoyed the most was serving, and being in constant communication with people.

I worked at my mom’s store as a salesperson for about two years. I worked as a waitress for a Catering service for a little over a year and also worked at McDonald’s as poli functional but mostly as a host for about seven months.

I graduated from UESCJ Hnas. Bethlemitas high school in Quito. And I’m in the middle of getting my tourism degree at Universidad Central del Ecuador.

I also have a first aid certificate from la Cruz Roja and a couple of courses about food safety management and best ways to deal with costumers from my job at McDonald’s.
