Head of Production Preparation Department at BLRT ERA OÜ (AS BLRT Grupp) (2023-01 – Present)

Shipyard and ship-repair enterprise. The department owns production preparation for electrical and marine engineering projects — estimation, procurement, technical documentation and production planning.

• Lead a department of ~10 specialists (technologists, estimators, procurement, ERP key user, warehouse dispatcher, workshop mechanic), coordinating engineering, procurement and production across concurrent projects.
• Deliver international shore-power converter projects end to end — e.g. 2× 800 kVA units for a client in Klaipėda (Lithuania) and a 20 MVA supply for the Port of Muuga — managing design packages (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automation), procurement, subcontractors, testing/FAT and handover.
• Coordinate marine HVAC cooling design and equipment selection for converter and transformer container units, working with specialist design subcontractors and evaluating suppliers (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Alpicair, Gree) on cooling performance, delivery and cost.
• Build project schedules, milestone-based budgets and cash-flow models that synchronise client billing with supplier payments to keep projects self-funding through delivery.
• Manage procurement and supplier relationships (Danfoss, Nexans, ABB, WEG, PowerEurope and others); negotiate commercial terms and prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Own contract preparation and compliance; produce cost estimates and formatted commercial proposals for offshore and marine clients (incl. crane and barge electrical projects and a subsea cable project for Marketex Offshore Constructions).
• Maintain the BLRT ERA – Nidec/Leroy-Somer Key Service Partner Agreement for alternator service across the Baltics and Finland (spare parts, workshop & on-site service, warranty support, retrofit).
• Implement and administer Epicor Kinetic ERP (gap analysis, master data, key-user rollout) and produce management-level project P&L reporting and analysis.

Head of International Business Development / B2B Export Sales at Klarberg OÜ (2019-01 – 2023-12)

• Developed B2B export sales of furniture and interior products across the Baltics and Central/Eastern Europe (Serbia, Romania, Czechia and others).
