• Repair and configure 250–400+ devices monthly (RAM/storage upgrades, thermal paste application, OS installation/imaging, peripheral setup including printers, and software configuration across Windows, macOS, and Linux), alongside daily customer consultations on technical needs and product recommendations.
• Provide remote and walk-in technical support — frequently resolving issues via phone/WhatsApp and remote desktop tools when customers cannot self-diagnose — logging and tracking requests through a ticketing system for follow-up and resolution.
• Deliver hands-on desktop, laptop, and mobile hardware diagnostics, component-level repair, and software installation/restoration at Compu Mall & Mall El Bostan (since 2020).
• Perform antivirus/malware removal, data backup and recovery, and system cleanup as part of routine desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site visits to external companies to set up, configure, and resolve IT issues on location, adapting quickly to each client's existing systems and environment.
• Architected and developed Alertune-X, an advanced maintenance and management platform serving hundreds of active users (since 2021).
