Review researchers’ experimental requirements and research papers or protocols to identify appropriate kits, reagents, and consumables.

• Interpret technical specifications and product documentation to compare products and alternatives, and to confirm catalog numbers, pack sizes, and availability.
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain specifications, technical documents, and supporting information for scientific products.
• Coordinate between researchers, suppliers, and internal teams, preparing quotations and organized product information and following orders through to delivery.
• Maintain organized records and compile reports on product availability, pricing, and origin for management review.
• Support researchers with basic interpretation of PCR (real-time and conventional) and

ELISA workflows and their kit requirements.
