First of all, thank you for having me. My name is Ahmed Farag Abbas, and I am an Operations and Sales professional with over 13 years of experience in driving efficiency and managing high-performance teams.
Throughout my career, I have specialized in bridging the gap between operational logistics and strategic sales. In my most recent role, I focused on managing operations for high-net-worth international investors, successfully expanding market share through targeted strategic plans.
Before that, I spent a significant part of my career at Aramex International, where I served as an Operations Supervisor. During that time, I was responsible for optimizing logistics routes and warehouse operations, which resulted in significant cost savings and faster delivery times while maintaining 100% compliance with international standards. Additionally, my 8-year tenure as a Service Manager allowed me to master team leadership and guest experience optimization.
What sets me apart is my ability to navigate multicultural markets fluently in Arabic, English, and Russian. I am also highly proficient in using technical tools like CRM systems and KPI tracking to monitor and improve performance.
