● Leading all manufacturing Agenda for site ● Leading all team of 60 operators through 3 shifts ● Successful startups for the factory and commission the new equipment ● Supervise the production Plan and make sure it is complied ● Support maintenance team in their daily activities ● Apply the international quality and safety standards in the operation and maintenance for all the factory
● Lead a crew of production operators and maintenance to achieve process requirements and product specifications in terms of EHS, Quality and food safety. ● Plant yield improvement (Lean manufacturing) and downtime optimization ● Organize and participate in plant shutdowns and startups while proposing new process improvement projects ● Waste Elimination project for the Whole Plant ● Process safety culture implementation and Pillars training for all team ● Plan and execute projects aiming to reduce energy consumption and meeting new best practices ● Taking part in solving any operational, technical problem that may arise ● Responsible for achieving productivity, efficiency through both individual and team contributions ● Handling all PRs and POs related to Operation department and getting quotation for all operation team requirements after doing vendor selection study
● Handling all maintenance activities on the Plant ● Improvement time Losses for the daily maintenance activities ● Around 10 New Pumps Installation ● 7 Tons Steam Boiler Project Preparation and Installation ● Yogurt Filling Automatic Machine Project Installation Including (Plot diagram updating, Consumption study & Installation) ● Prepare specifications and design process for assigned projects and oversee the preparation of all needed projects ● Prepare cost, Lead-time and downtime estimates for assigned projects ● Supervise work performed by contractors to assure efficient coordination and completion of assigned projects as scheduled ● Leading team of Mechanics and electricians in the Plant
