My name is Mohamed Elaraby, Egyptian born on 19th March 1980, married and has
02 kids. I have 20 years of experience in container terminal operations, journey started at 2004 fresh joining the execution and building my career at Vessel
Supervisor, Shift Superintendent, Operations Shift Manager, Operations Business
Process Manager, Head Of Operations Excellence, Assistant Manager Operations, and currently Operations Manager Execution. During these 20 years, I’m focusing on learning and teaching back all the experience and knowledge I get to my work network. I build a solid experience in all operations execution, planning and continuous improvement and excellence, managing terminal expansions, and major investments change.
I have the full capability to share and lead the start-up of the terminal operations projects.
I am certified Lean Six Sigma yellow belt from SCCT, green belt from APM Terminals,
and I have finished the Black Belt training at Tangier Morocco from APM Terminals.
Also, I’m certified as a lean practitioner, additionally I have completed NEBOSH - Gulf
Technical & Safety Certificate.
I had visited several terminals (Port of Salalah, AMPT Tangier, DP world Antwerp) for experience exchange and fulfilling business deals, also I had visited Stinis lifting equipment factory in Netherland.
People management and engagement is an important focal point to me in the job approach. Sustaining stability and customer satisfaction is urgent as well as achieving the business targets. Change management is a key for continuous improvement.
I am accepting to work in all kinds of operations scenarios, responsibilities,
workloads and patterns including long term assignments, multitasking and travelling anywhere subject to business needs
