· Construction & Civil engineer with a rich experience of more than 20 years as a Civil & Constructions Engineer responsible for providing Project Controls services during the design and construction phases of major buildings and civil infrastructure projects. · High level of competency in using Project Control Software, expert proficiency in Project Control Software including MS Project, Critical Path Analysis techniques, Risk Analysis software and full Microsoft Office.

· Ensures that budgets have been developed to provide for Quality Management Program through the life of the Project

· Assist project managers in the development of conceptual construction estimates and total project cost estimates, at the outset of projects

· Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives

· Familiar with codes for design and construction (ACI – API – UBC- ASCE – EUROCODE- IBC – BS – ECP-SBC- PCI-PTI-AISC "ASD & LRFD"- ANSI-UFC- NFPA-OSHA).

· Provide design solutions and details, using AutoCAD and 2D drawings

· Lead outsources design/architectural companies and related consultants, give clear directions, expectation and deliverable

• Lead Civil/Structural with Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering; with a rich experience of more than 15 years in Onshore and Off-shore projects across the complete project’s cycle, Conceptual, Select Basic / FEED , Detail, Procurement and Construction. Calculations, Design and field supervision of concrete and steel structures for Oil & Gas Onshore facilities, Offshore platforms, LNG plants, Refineries, pipelines, pump stations, equipment foundations, power transmission lines and high voltage substation structures. Field experience, field supervision and quality control activities during the construction phase, rebar installation, concrete pouring, and steel structures erection. Extensive expertise in Drawings reviews, calculation reviews, material take-offs, scope of work definition, schedule elaboration and work supervision. Engineering workgroups coaching/mentoring, coordination and management..
