• Extensive understanding of the construction industry with 22 years of experience in pre & post contracts quantity surveying, cost management, and contract administration in construction projects.
• Knowledge of design and construction management on buildings and civil infrastructure projects including utility interface and coordination management.
• Fully aware of Principles of Measurement (International) For Works of Construction Edition June 1979 
• Excellent client liaison and people management skills with good negotiating skills.
• Develop and implement the operational plan(s) in line with the company strategy as directed by the MD.
