To whom it may concern, my educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majored in Human Resources Management from Loughborough University, UK in 2012 and hold a PGCE certificate from the university of Nottingham in 2023 as a qualified teacher.
As a skilled and of 8 years of expertise in teaching Business Studies and Economics IGCSE Cambridge OL and A level as well as IBDP Business management standard and higher level. I would like to join your school as I am highly, enthusiastic, creative, and hard-working to share my expertise and knowledge, ensuring a highly motivating learning environment towards all my students in the classroom and excellent teaching progress with full confidence in meeting the school’s requirements and main goals.

Deliver a broad, balanced, relevant, and differentiated Business Studies and Economics curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
Planning ahead and preparing lessons according to our weekly plan that is grounded relevantly with purposeful activities (such as experimental learning), to develop students’ knowledge and clear understanding. – I use Scaffolding and dialogic teaching to keep them engaged in their learning.
Ensure all students to be active in their learning (Read and participate in class, write in their books, and prepare a studying plan, participate in class/ group work, debate/ discuss in each topic/ role play)
Use of ICT in our learning process, students learn to explore and research topics/ ideas (extending their creativity) (Online eLearning: upload on Firefly all resources needed for the course, including students’ text book and workbook as PDF files as well as PowerPoint presentations and videos related to each topic to get a clearer picture of our real world businesses, solve/ upload assignments.
To monitor each student’s progress, assessment grades, track students’ achievements records through the use of various types of assessments to work within the “ZPD”, such as verbal questioning, written individual/ group tests/ online tests.
Correction of exams promptly with grade listing and handling reports with actions of feedback for students’ progress and improvement. Prepare analysis of examination results to keep track.
Organising educational trips and visits to factories/ successful companies for research projects to ensure students can see a wider picture of our real-world businesses.
Highly valued for Discipline, creativity and motivation whilst teaching my students. Students’ behavioural feedback is essential to resolve their area of weaknesses and work on improving it.
Attend parents’ meetings and school events to create excellent communication with parents, students, and colleagues. I also like to join my students in school fun activities, sports and school trips.
