DevOps Engineer to join our team, which manages payment engine applications for international and cross-border payments. The main platform is Dovetail, supported by several Java-based applications.

You will be responsible for deployments, configurations, and operational support of the payment engine, ensuring smooth and reliable payment processing services.

Support deployments and configurations of payment processing applications.

Ensure system reliability and availability following DevOps & SRE best practices.

Work with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Apply ITIL concepts for incident, problem, and change management.

Ansible) to improve efficiency.

Provide occasional out-of-office hours support for critical run/deployment activities (remote possible).

8+ years of experience in IT operations or DevOps.

~ Proficient in DevOps

~ Proficient in Linux : administration knowledge, troubleshooting CPU, memory, disk issues.

~ Experience handling on‑premise server-related issues.

~ Good hands-on experience on Ansible : Monitoring: Grafana (creating dashboards, alerts)

~ Strong experience with Prometheus: PromQL, alerting configuration, and knowledge of how metrics are generated, exported, and scraped into Prometheus.

~ Advanced experience in Azure DevOps: ability to design and optimize pipelines, manage build and release artifacts, and enforce robust branch policies to maintain code quality.

~ Familiar with scripting in Bash and/or Python

~ Knowledge and understanding of Database - RDBMS concepts

Experience with Kibana
