I am a reliable and hardworking person, always trying to find solutions for any issue I might encounter.
I try to keep a calm and friendly working environment, as I believe a happy team is always best.
I have worked in several fields, from hospitality to finances, including more than a fair share of customers service roles, having over 10 years of experience in hospitality, including receptionist work, 2 as administrative and 4 as customers service, what helps me to quickly adapt to whichever role I am assigned.
During my time living in the UK, I went to the Edinburgh College, where I studied Business and languages, and afterwards to the University of Edinburgh where I studied Business and finance. Additionally, I have also completed two hotel reception courses.
I enjoy reading, practicing languages with my partner, or doing training sessions with our dog.
