My vast experience includes along with prime SCM/ Contract & Commercial Management as duty holder roles including commercial deputizing Project Sponsor´s, Project Executive Director, Project Directors at Construction site for commercial key matters involving Large Projects Procurement and Subcontracting roles having a potential criticality to Project' Milestones and/or Business' Performance .

At least 15 y experience in Projects for LNG, GAS Processing, refining HT, VDUs, DRU, RFCC crackers, and 10 years+ experience in Chemicals & Petrochemicals Units (CHLOR-ALKALI, EDC, HIDROGEN & HCL Synthesis, VCM, PVC, Olefins HDPE, PLDPE , PVC, Ammonia, Urea Pills, Sulfur Units, MTBE, etc.).
Also exposed (during half of my career) to other Industrial Segments: Cements, Pharma, B&F, Water, Railways, Energy (PP, WF, PV, PTD) and Long Term Outsorce/Purchase Agreements.
Strong leadership skills, negotiation, business oriented, focus on KPI’s, Skilled in contract law, construction law (common law) and another well recognized international templates FIDIC, ICC, NEC3 along with Delay Analysis, Project Controls, Forensic Analysis and other well reputed PM-Book and AACCE best practices.
