I am a designer, currently based in Spain. Born British-Swedish and raised in the South of Spain. My professional journey is fueled by passion for creative problem-solving. I believe that it is possible to live in a world where every product or service is designed with an easy-to-use experience in mind.
My career began in the dynamic world of interior and retail design. Here, I honed my skills in creating store layouts that not only looked stunning but also fostered optimal customer experiences. My passion lies in understanding customer behavior and translating that knowledge into functional and engaging environments.
One of my key accomplishments was leading the design and implementation of new Customer Meeting Points. These dedicated spaces within the stores aimed to build deeper connections with customers, and I ensured their design facilitated meaningful interactions.
Furthermore, I played a pivotal role in crafting effective merchandising strategies. By strategically placing products and utilizing visual storytelling techniques, I helped drive sales and enhance brand awareness. Additionally, I spearheaded the design of captivating seasonal launches, injecting fresh energy into the stores each season. This involved creating vibrant displays that showcased new collections and enticed customers to explore.
Through these experiences, I've developed a comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape and the power of design in creating a truly memorable experience for customers.
This led me to explore UX/UI design, where I can now apply my understanding of user needs and problem-solving skills to craft seamless digital experiences. It's like taking the joy of designing functional spaces and translating it into intuitive interfaces that users love!
