Ana Dominguez

I am a psychologist working in the fabulous HR field. Every day I enjoy working to improve the candidate experience while making the employee's life better.

With a background in technological companies, I have learned a lot about technical profiles and enjoy working with them.

My experience as a recruiter covers a wide variety of roles (Software, Hardware, RTL and Firmware Engineers, Financial Controllers, Legal counsel, HR..)

My goal is to make HR as person-oriented as possible without losing the business mindset.
