-Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, , report employees sickness, managing and organizing rosters from all the employees.
-Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
-Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
-Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
-Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts,screening, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
-Full life-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, preparing and updating resumes, submitting candidates and negotiating rates/salaries.
-Competency-based interviews/assesment center.
-English and psycho-technical tests.
-Recruitment and turnover reports.
-Build and manage a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
-Ensure new hires are receiving the best possible interview and onboarding experience.
Training & Development:
Development plans implementation.

-Support in Training area, organization and grants management (FUNDAE).
-Support to suppliers Management.
