I have spent 2 years working as an Inventory Controller and nearly 5 years as a Team Leader. I oversee and manage a team of warehouse and logistics personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a collaborative and motivated team. I handle the daily operations of the warehouse, which include overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, order picking, sorting, shipping, and maintaining inventory control.
