Hola, me considero una persona positiva, simpática, empática, responsable, trabajadora, organizada, me encantan los retos nuevos. En mi carrera profesional después de varias años como programador me dí cuenta que me gustaba tener un rol más cercano a la gente, así que he hecho trainings a clientes y a compañeros de trabajo, he dado clases en un CFGS, hace tres años soy manager de un equipo de tres personas que damos soporte de nivel 3. Además, en mi tiempo libre trabajo como tutor de la DT de GEI y GADE en la UOC, porque disfruto pudiendo acompañar y ayudar a los estudiantes durante su trayectoría por la Universidad.
En lo personal, tengo a Ona y Pau, de 10 y 7 años que junto a mi pareja son lo mejor de esta vida. Y como hobby me gusta mucho correr por la montaña. Es mi momento de conexión conmigo mismo y la naturaleza.

Build a new Tier3 team and coordinate and organize the team. Be the bridge between the R&D teams and support Tier3 and between other support tiers. Be very close to the R&D teams to be up to date about new developments and bugs solving to find ways of collaboration with Tier3 support. And very important, listen carefully to the team needs and keep them motivated to deliver their best.
18 July 2016 – 31 January 2020 Senior Product Support Engineer
Working as a Tier3 level support, I was troubleshooting problems reported by our customers in our application. To do so, I had to combine the execution of queries in the SQL database and read the code to try to find out where the error was. Later, document the findings to help the developers team understand what the problem was.
