Coordinate the work team with the project manager, clients and human capital required.
Coordinate resources to develop the project on time.
Plan and design the project. Establish the timing and duration of phases (WBS method).
Coordinate with the team the corresponding documentation and legal procedures.
Budget and provide the necessary economic resources in materials and with suppliers.
