When I start a project I strive to understand the true motivations of the client. I apply the SPIN technique so that the client tells me all the details of the project, their expectations, the reason why they want to start the project, their aspirations, their doubts, their fears, their barriers. In the projects I use different techniques, Blue Ocean, Ansoff Matrix or Business Model Canvas among others.
I provide innovation, I help envision new scenarios, identify market niches or design brand/product repositioning strategies as well as strategies to increase brand reputation.
All this thanks to my extensive experience in marketing, which I have been adapting to digital trends, and influencer marketing, influencer management applying Branding and branded content techniques. I love discovering, understanding, following and promoting the customer journey map.
My best strong point, honesty. If I see that I don't fit into a project or that the client doesn't see my solutions as useful, I step aside and make way. I consider this degree of trust and honesty very important. I don't like to perceive that I am grabbing and defending a chair.
