Followed by the supervision of the development of the main features, sticking to the agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, daily follow-ups..). That will end in the QA phase where I ensure there's no technical debt missing.
As a team coordinator, I actively participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, helping them to acquire not only sharpen technical skills (Spring Boot, Java, Angular, API Rest, JSON) but also documenting best practices.
Last but not least assisting the support team of production application systems (MES) during maintenance and production line stops.
⦁ Live Production Tracker: The system is where the OEM and the product team are able to visually follow the production orders, by different criteria such as status, and warehouse providing a production serial.
⦁ Interactive Analytic dashboard: Reporting system, minority report inspired, displayed in four monitors delivering speechless reporting experience based on leaf motion technologies, map libraries, and BI applications.
⦁ Instruction log: Application designed to manage production visual aids and work instructions, helping engineers to implement task flows, that later are delivered as interactive guides for operators.
Work independently, owing end-to-end tasks in a small team, carefully assessing and diagnosing the impact of new business objects and new business rules on system usability and system performance.
