- Act as Team Leader to new team employees, supervising and giving trainings in different tasks; as well as replace the Human Resources Manager if on leave •
- Own the payroll process for Spain, ensure that payroll related data records and files are recorded and well maintained in accordance with legal requirements in a timely manner. 400 employees in total for the 6 Spanish entities (products).
- Trainings for managers and employees/ equality/Anti-harassment plan and whistleblowing Implementation of Protocol being part of the investigation committee
- Benefits and compensation structure, PRL, negotiation agreements and types of leaves
- Monitor the entry and exit process of employees and problems that arise (performance, etc.)
Responsible for timely communication to employees and internal and external stakeholders (tax office, social security, etc.)
- Continuously improve and develop administrative and HR processes, protocols and create company policies
