Volunteer Recruitment Adviser, Volunteer Services Abroad, Wellington SEP 2023 - CURRENT Overall responsibility for attracting suitably qualified and experienced professionals and/or volunteers for a range of assignments. Conducting end-to-end recruitment process: assessing and evaluating candidates' suitability for assignments in terms of skills, attributes (incl. psychological), cultural understanding and general preparedness.
