As a Tech Talent Manager in recruitment, my role involves strategically managing a team of specialists to attract, assess,
and hire top tech talent, while also preparing training plans to continuously develop and improve the skills of the recruitment team.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of four specialized recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training to optimize performance and achieve recruitment goals.
● Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the tech industry, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and growth plans.
● Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
● Training and Development: Develop training plans for the recruitment team, identifying skill gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implementing training programs to enhance their capabilities in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
● Data Analysis: Use of recruitment metrics and data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies,
identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment, proactively implementing improvements to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
