Seeking for full time for Assistant to Sales & Marketing Director (ADOS) or Sales & Marketing Manager (SM) position where an extraordinary record of organizational and enthusiastic customer relation would be needed.

EDUCATION

• In charge for staffs recruitment and training, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, welfare and benefits for staffs, check attendance record and monthly pay roll.
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of Director; taking dictation and minutes.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staffs.
• Arranging travel and accommodation and occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Collecting weekly reports of all departments (Sales and marketing, Accounting, Project, Human Resource and Administration department…), checking and then submitting to Board of Director.
• Making weekly and monthly reports to Board of Director.
• Organize Managing Director‘s office, files, diary etc.
• Ensure insurance, visa, work permit, residence… are followed up for renew contract, claims on time, legal documents and company stamped are managed properly and efficiently.
