I am currently working full-time in Brunels restaurant and my position is front of house. I have experience running the pass along with bar work and looking after my own tables in designated sections. I have a huge passion for hospitality and strive in busy environments. During my time at Brunels I have gained my WSET level 1 Wine certificate along with Health & Safety, allergen & fire training.
