I have a long history of business administration and management experience. This includes considerable experience with people management, logistics and organisation; including leading conferences and leadership and management of support services teams.

a. Manage staff and non-staff resources of the Transport and Logistics Unit, develop work plans and provide leadership.
b. Develop and execute strategy by analysing and establishing processes and creating work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and Administrative Instructions on the logistics and transport management functions of the Court.
c. Represent the Unit and ICC in meetings and negotiations and decide on strategy and most economical and/or best available services.
d. Administer and maintain the commercial (building and vehicle) insurance portfolios for the proper and cost-effective coverage for the Court and its staff.
e. Organise Asset Management of the property of the Court.
f. Draft budget cost estimates, control and monitor expenditures.
