• Manage and lead significant small to large projects and assist on complex programs to invent from ideation through scale-up new products, value transformation savings, improve product quality, and capacity in global operations. Develop and introduce new products, shelf life studies, new suppliers and raw materials development, improve product quality, productivity and capacity in operations defining and standardizing critical process parameters (SOP´s/SOC´s) to get image food improving line efficiency (kpi´s, scrap, throughput, no quality defects)
• Develop and refine food process technology from idea generation through proof of concept to commercialization as innovator, project leader, and technical problem solver based on my experience and team up with cross-functional partners to provide timely and cost effective new innovation and renovation to drive growth
• Skilled lead in Food processing for all Innovation/Renovation projects supporting the business, monitoring market trends and new technologies, savings, within R&D and with cross-functional departments providing effective communication
• Support packaging department to define net filling level, size, material, barriers, to keep integrity of finished food.
• Troubleshooting supporting and training operators to produce image food according to the quality control manual for image and defects
