ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER AT AREKO CUISINE&DECO

During this two months internship i was in charge of coordinating daily customer service operations such as orders, payment, sales experience.

• Day-to-day running of the store.
• My responsibilities included developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer complaints, building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency

• Recruit key talent for PROMAMEC.
• Prepare all the required documents for the HR team.
• Answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
