Senior Developer at Indigo (2021-02 – Present)

• Began development from scratch of the company's internal ERP system (OS11 Reactive).
• Maintenance of a governmental application for the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority (OS10 Traditional), including the redesign and simplification of existing processes, creation of new processes, and a UI overhaul (new colour scheme and icon set).
• Built a new application from the ground up for the Swedish company Anticimex (OS11 Reactive), covering front-office and back-office, over a 3-year engagement, including process implementation; the database was owned and managed externally, which introduced additional complexity around query performance and schema constraints within OutSystems.
• Developed proofs-of-concept (POCs) for a Luxembourg bank (Albalux), in OS11 Mobile, including banking calculation simulators.
• Resumed maintenance and new feature development on the internal ERP system (OS11 Reactive).
• Leading the teams developing applications directly for OutSystems (OS11 Mobile and ODC), including the ONE Conference app and the "Become an AI Developer" app.
• ODC (OutSystems Developer Cloud) implementation projects, including a blog-style platform for a non-profit association, showcasing people's stories through photographs and real testimonials, with MBWay integration for donations (developed in a Hackathon context).
• Developed a personal finance application with an AI agent (ODC) as part of the OutSystems "Become an AI Developer" course.
• Led the development team for the "Become an AI Developer" application (ODC), made available to the entire OutSystems community.
• Led the team responsible for developing the official application for the OutSystems ONE Conference (OS11 Traditional/Mobile and ODC), in Lisbon (2025) and in the Netherlands (2026).

Application Support Technician – Medical Equipment at Neural – Medical Articles and Equipment (2018-01 – 2018-12)

• Installation, maintenance and repair of neurophysiology equipment (EEG, EMG, and clinical and ambulatory polysomnography) in hospitals nationwide (including Hospital Júlio de Matos, Hospital da Luz, Hospital de São João, among others) and private practices.
• Application and technical support to doctors and technicians, including training on equipment and software such as Alice PDx (Philips), Magstim (2002, BiStim2, Rapid2), Ant Neuro, Neuron-Spectrum 5 and Thymatron.
• Repair of EEG cap electrodes and calibration and repair of Thymatron devices in hospitals across the country (north to south).
• Planning and coordination of new medical equipment installation and maintenance projects.
