At Protagonist Strategy, I was responsible for building a business plan. This involved conducting market research, identifying key industry trends and analyzing possible competitors. I also dealt with clients on a daily basis.
This included managing client expectations and addressing any issues or concerns. I was also responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. I also assisted management in identifying and visualizing potential issues that could arise.
Overall, my role involved a mix of strategic planning, sales, and customer service responsibilities
At Batist Medical España, I was responsible for registering the imports and exports of goods, I also conducted market research to identify new potential clients for the company. This involved analyzing industry trends, identifying key players in the market and identifying opportunities for growth.
I also assisted managers in meetings with clients, providing support and assistance as needed.
Lastly, I was responsible for managing relationships with existing clients. This included managing client expectations, addressing any issues or concerns and working to maintain positive relationships. Overall, my role involved a mix of operational, sales and customer service responsibilities.
