Effectively managed a property team of over 500 accounts/contracts and over 15 staff members. Oversaw executive leadership, company training, and public relations with the residents. Developed intensive, ambitious business strategies, short-term goals, and long-term objectives.
Responsible for the community's overall performance in financial management, appearance, and resident relations. Successfully administrated the business in the community's day-to-day operations, management office, and staff. Ensured all aspects of the property and curb appeal met OHSA standards.

Analyzed monthly performance and budgeted projections and discussed strategies with the Director. Communicated with the staff strategy changes and short and long-term goals for community operation. Established schedules of on-site leasing personnel and conducted annual employee performance reviews, and made recommendations for assigned staff’s merit increases, promotions, and performance evaluations as necessary.
