International Travel Claims Handler (Spanish and English) – April 2018-Current job The job involves having a customer-oriented approach by going through the whole travel claim process with customers. Tasks include receiving the initial call/email, registration of the claim, validation of policies/claims, assessing documents, settling the claim/decline. The job also requires different skills such as good communication, empathy, translation, multi-tasking, IT skills and strong attention to detail.
