A highly organised, efficient and personable office administrator with experience in several different sectors including, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Machinery Sales, Childcare & Telecommunications. Having combined work with my family's needs and studies, I have always impressed upon my employers with my ability to be reliable, professional and ultimately committed to working to a very high standard. I enjoy working in a team environment and autonomously, but I am unafraid to take the lead when the opportunity arises.

Patient Liaison Manager - Murdishaw Health Centre

As a Patient Liaison Manager, I deal with patients face to face or over the telephone. For all queries including but not exclusive to, arranging patients walking group, management of patient medical records, and assisting with other personal reasons they don't want to discuss with a receptionist. My daily duties include leading and managing the reception team, ensuring all processes and policies are strictly adhered to.

Another daily duty is the planning and management of clinical sessions to ensure all targets are met so the practise receive the relevant maximum funding available.

Health Centre Operations Manager - Murdishaw Health Centre

My duties as Practise Operations Manager were primarily focused on assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the practise, including but not exclusive to being the in between liaison for the clinical and administration teams in a fast-paced local health centre where communication is key.
