I am a Supply Chain Leader with over 12 years of varied professional experience across numerous giants in their industries. My journey in Supply Chain began in South Africa where I achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Supply Chain and Economics and was then recruited into Unilever’s Graduate Management Program. It was during my time at Unilever that I was exposed to all facets of the Supply Chain and also where I developed my leadership style which is largely based on mutual growth through people development.

To continue my personal and professional growth I moved to Barcelona where I am now currently leading Customer Service excellence projects across Europe for Lincoln Electric.

My strengths lie in project management, team leadership, customer service, planning of all supply chain functions and S&OP.

I have been pivotal in sustainably improving many performance measurements, including reducing stock holdings while improving service through S&OP implementation at Board level in FMCG, while fulfilling the personal development goals of the team members reporting to me.

I am searching for a company which I believe could help me continue my personal development along the value chain and could benefit from my experiences in the FMCG industry across both emerging and developed markets (Africa and Europe)
