Currently looking for a new project to join as Product Owner or Product Manager. I am eager of working alongside a team of motivated developers where we feel owners of a product and make it improve and success. I believe a good working environment where we deeply trust and feel close to each other is a must. Specially motivated to learn and improve my technical product management skills.

My professional experience comprises of 3 years in an EdTech Start-up: Innovamat. I saw the company grow from 50 to 330 employees and worked in diffeent departments.

I was the first Operations Engineer hired and during the first year I worked as COO’s right-hand man by autonomously developing multiple projects from scratch and being creative.

• Automation of data fluxes among CRMs, ERP and mailing platform
• Design and maintenance of CRM and ERP Data Structures
• Design and creation of multiple MVPs and tools in Google Sheets to facilitate Revenue and Finance teams tasks (a tool to manage orders from customers’ petitions to being shipped and tracked in Innovamat's warehouse, an MVP for salespeople to create custom budgets, reports system for the users of Innovamat’s practice App…)

In my second year, while still acting as Operations Engineer, I got to lead one of the three areas Revenue was divided into: Meeting Generation (being the others Sales and Customer Success). Managed a team of 6 SDRs and marketing automation tools. Managed the market approach strategy that resulted in the generation of 3100 meetings from September to July (the initial goal was 2500).

• Defined and designed the sales pitch with the SDRs
• Designed KPIs and dashboards alongside the SDRs to measure their performance
• Segmented the market and designed the best strategy combining calling and mailing with marketing actions such as online workshops and webinars
• Part of the Revenue Strategy Committee that met with an external mentor twice per month
• Took care of hiring, performed 1-on1s, managed promotions and salary raises of all 7 SDRs

Finally, the company grew so much that a new internal/technical product manager position was opened and I was the fittest person for it. I was the product manager of a team of 2 front-end and 2-3 back-end developers. Worked using Scrum methodology.

Took care of roadmap planning, user story writing and discussing, stakeholder management (revenue, finance, production, legal and contents) and prioritizing and deciding by evaluating business metrics. Developed tools connected to the ERP (NetSuite), CRM (PipeDrive) and digital signature softwares. Products developed:

• Back-office for salespeople for budget creation and management
• Back-office for customer service agents for incidence and order management
• Platform for the final customer to manage physical materials and make orders and returns
• Conceptualization of an internal CMS (started to be developed when I left)
• Automation of the customer journey from signing a budget to activation of the product

Studied Aerospace Engineering in UPC (2014-2018) with an Erasmus+ in Vilnius, Lithuania where I did my Bachelor's Thesis.

I started the master of Aerospace Engineering but after one year I became more interested in the digital world, so I changed to a Master in Modelling for Science in Engineering in UAB which I finished in 2020.
