In more than 20 years in this company I have performed all the tasks required in a computer store. Configuration, assembly and maintenance of computer equipment. Field technician and workshop, direct customer service in both roles, technical and store clerk, after-sales service, order management, invoices and warehouse, dealing with suppliers, remote support, maintenance of small & medium companies.
General troubleshooting of any kind in pc, laptop, tablet, mobile or about infrastructure and peripherals (networks, viruses, e-mail, backups, printers, data loss, ...).
I have trained and supervised more than 30 internship students (CFGM, CFGS, PQPI), reinforcing their knowledge and helping them to make their first contact with the real working world in a relaxed but firm way.
