People-focused technology and transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience connecting business strategy, technology and execution. I am a former CIO and multinational group management team member with extensive experience in international people leadership, business systems, ERP and CRM transformations, governance and complex program delivery.

I lead from the front, create clarity in demanding situations and build commitment through trust, purpose and genuine respect for people. I combine strategic thinking with practical execution and am particularly motivated by opportunities to build capable teams, improve operations and create lasting business impact through technology, data and AI.

I am a co-founder, executive consultant and transformation leader at Project-TOP Solutions. I lead complex, multi-million-euro ERP, CRM and digital transformation programs involving cross-functional teams of up to 400+ participants. My responsibilities include strategy execution, program governance, stakeholder alignment, change leadership, deployment readiness and advising executives and steering groups.

Previously, I served as CIO and a member of the Nordnet Group management team, reporting to the CEO. I was responsible for ICT operations, a EUR 2–3 million budget and 20 direct reports across Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. I translated business strategy into ICT roadmaps, operating models, investments and scalable business systems.
